This study is designed to see the effect of the independent variables, namely digitalization strategy and entrepreneurial literacy, on the dependent variable, namely the ability of MSMEs to survive in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, both directly and indirectly. Keywords: Genally Application, Adaptive Physical Education, Independent Curriculum And for further research, hopefully, genially learning can develop in the world of education with researchers who want to take this title as well as effectively and efficiently.
The results of research on a limited scale by 30 sixth-semester students of the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation study program with 16 questions show 86% in the "Very Good" category. In the end, I obtained a conclusion statement from a conceptual study of research and development in sports science. Data reduction is used in the findings of expert statements and research published through articles. Data analysis used small-scale tests and large-scale tests. Because this study uses a qualitative approach, the instruments used in collecting research information are references found by the researchers themselves that are relevant to be presented in this study. The method used is research and development, so data collection is supported by primary sources from sports research and development books and relevant research results. Projects to strengthen the achievement profile of Pancasila students are developed based on certain themes determined by the government. Lecturers can choose various teaching tools to adapt learning to the needs and interests of students. This study aims to produce adaptive physical education learning products through general application in an independent curriculum. To improve employee performance, companies can maintain and improve indirect compensation services, because indirect compensation has a dominant influence in influencing employee performance, such as improving employee welfare, paying attention to what employees need now, then the company can provide indirect compensation in return for employee services that have been provided to the company.
The results of the study are that direct compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and indirect compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. The object of this research is direct compensation and indirect compensation at PT. The population in this study was 92 employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of direct and indirect compensation on employee performance simultaneously and partially.
